Cordoba midfielder Javier Hervas has rejected a move to Real Madrid.

Hervas' agent has confirmed they've turned down the chance to join Real this month.

Rafael Rodriguez said: "Real Madrid and Cordoba reached an agreement, but we did not see this option as the best from the sporting point of view, because he was to play in Segunda B with Castilla.

"It seems that the future of the player is between Malaga and Sevilla."
