West Ham captain Lucas Neill insists Alan Curbishley has the support of the dressing room.
Neill said: "Everybody is completely behind the manager."
But the Aussie defender also said that Paul Konchesky had the right of reply after chairman Eggert Magnusson claimed the club had got rid of its "bad eggs" over the summer.
In response, Konchesky claimed there were "a lot of unhappy players" at the club.
"Obviously our chairman started it, I suppose," Neill said of Konchesky's remarks. "Paul has moved on now, I wish him all the best."
