West Brom boss Tony Mowbray expects a decision from Kevin Phillips on Monday about their new contract offer.

"Kevin wants to get things sorted out because, being the kind of lad he is, he doesn't want to miss training, he wants to start getting fit," Mowbray told the Express and Star.

"I think we will see an answer in the next 48 hours but, beyond that, I do not think it proper that I say any more until we know what the decision is."
