Robert Koren insists West Brom's self-belief hasn't been shaken by three consecutive defeats.
The midfielder said: "The confidence is not shaken. We are still full of that belief because so far this season we have shown we can compete at this level.
"I knew after last season - and gaining promotion from the Championship - that this would be another step up and a different level. We have quality players here and everybody knows the kind of style we are trying to play. We want to keep the ball and there has been no problem with doing that.
"We know we need to stick together and keep going but there are some small things that we need to do better at defensively and offensively. We are passing the ball around well but sometimes maybe we need to pass it around a bit quicker to hurt the opposition when they're not ready.
"We have talked about it at team meetings. We know what we need to do in the future - and we will prepare ourselves well for the next game. There are a lot of games until the end of the season and we will do whatever is needed to stay in the league."
