Kleber's agent Giuseppe Dioguardi has revealed the Dynamo Kiev attacker has rejected an offer from the Premiership.

"Dynamo have demanded this sum and have told us Palmeiras won't have him if they don't pay it, so the player will have to complete his four years with them," Dioguardi told Terra.

"We can only negotiate. Dynamo president called me to tell me about a great English club's interest. They wanted to take him during the summer or winter transfer window.

"Then I made the trip to England to speak with this club who were interested, but Kleber opted to say: 'Thank you but no thanks'."
