Jankauskas has nothing to prove to Hearts fans

Lithuania striker Edgaras Jankauskas insists he has nothing to prove to Scottish fans tomorrow.

Jankauskas was released by Hearts at the end of last season and he balked at the suggestion he did not have a good time footballing-wise during his time in Edinburgh.

"Didn't I?," he replied. "I thought I had a brilliant time here in my first year. I didn't come back to prove something.

"The level of the league in Scotland is much higher than Lithuania.

"But the first game we played we showed we can play on the same level as Scotland. It wasn't an easy victory for Scotland. I don't think there is a feeling of revenge, just to compete and have a good game."
