New Hearts signing Fernando Screpis will only be considered for the first team once he has improved his fitness, says boss Stevie Frail.
"Fernando has trained with us for the last couple of sessions and that gave us the opportunity to assess his fitness. However, he is a little bit away yet from the level required. He will keep working on his sharpness and fitness and then we'll see how he is."
Frail added: "Having just arrived here, Fernando understandably wants to get involved as quickly as possible. Once he attains the appropriate level of match fitness, then he can push for a place."
