Arabs boss Craig Levein said: "Cedric joined in training and I'll make up my mind on Monday or Tuesday next week. I've been discussing with the chairman what we can and can't afford.

"To be fair, all credit to him because his budget is at the point where I shouldn't really be getting much more.

"But the one thing about him is he certainly puts his money where his mouth is.

"We've not got a huge squad and there are one or two I'd listen about offers for if people were to get in contact about them. I don't think I've got that many players that I can afford to have wholesale departures."
