West Ham defender James Collins says it's critical for the club to keep Matthew Upson and Craig Bellamy.

Collins said: "If Matty went it would be a massive loss but he's not even thinking about leaving.

"Any player of his quality leaving would be a big blow because he's a massive influence in the changing room and he gives big performances.

"The same with Craig - we have to keep him and all our best players. I'd be bitterly disappointed to see anybody leave in January because this West Ham team has such great potential."
