Italy coach Antonio Conte is backing Sassuolo striker Simone Zaza for bigger things.
Zaza is in talks with Juventus.
"He is an excellent player and a good lad, but it's up to the clubs to evaluate his situation," said Conte.
"I hope he gets to play, no matter what club it's for.
"Italian players have to change their mentality.
"I'm hoping that 2015 is going to be a positive year for Italy, bringing us the qualification for Euro 2016 in France and allowing us to assemble a team of greater quality."
