Colorado Rapids have signed Brazilian striker Edu.

The former Celta Vigo and Real Betis forward has been playing in Brazil for the past three years with Internacional and Vitória.

"Edu is a skilled and creative forward with a great deal of experience," said Rapids Technical Director Paul Bravo. "His signing will bolster our attack and we're happy to add him to the roster."
