Barcelona defender Gerard Pique is the new hero of Colombia.
Pique was cheered by Colombian fans during last night's friendly victory by Spain.
The away support were reacting to Pique's decision to go public about his relationship with Colombian pop star Shakira.
Even the yellow card Pique collected for a poor tackle on a Colombian opponent did not put off his new fans during the 1-0 win.
