Former Parma coach Franco Colomba has backed Fiorentina's move for Juventus striker Amauri.
Although his lack of action may be a hindrance, Colomba rates the ability of the man who scored seven goals in 11 games during a six-month loan at Parma last term.
"I don't know if Amauri is the kind of player who Fiorentina boss Delio Rossi is looking for, but I am sure that he is an animal in the penalty area," Colomba told Radio Toscana.
"He may need some time to be totally ready for action, but if he is motivated then he can instantly settle into the team."
