Fabricio Coloccini insists he is will think about his Newcastle United future until the end of the season.
The Argentine centre-back continues to be linked with a return to his homeland despite having two years left on his current deal but says whether or not he stays with the Magpies is currently not on his mind.
"I think we have to think about the seven games, and then start to think about other things," Coloccini told the Shields Gazette.
"But I have a contract here for a long time, and that is all I can say.
"We have to improve for next season and take as many points as possible."
Coloccini, who joined the Toon from Deportivo la Coruna in 2008, has been most heavily linked with former club San Lorenzo in recent times.
