Newcastle United captain Fabricio Coloccini wants to back up last season's brilliant effort with another positive showing next term.
The Toon booked a spot in the Europa League courtesy of a fifth-place finish and the Argentine centre-back wants a similar performance in the 2012/13 season after an enjoyable campaign.
"Overall, it was a consistent season. I think a lot of teams found it tough to beat us and that was important. Next season, we will try and do the same.""I enjoyed it, especially because we got qualification for the Europa League. For me that was very important," he said.
