West Ham United defender James Collins feels everything is finally falling into place for the east London club.
The Hammers defeated reigning Premier League champions Manchester City 2-1 at Upton Park on Saturday to vindicate their top-four position and Collins suggests that things are really clicking for Sam Allardyce's men.
"The boys are on fire. Everyone's loving it, we are loving it. It has been the same for years but something has clicked this year," he told BT Sport.
"We are on the up."
Morgan Amalfitano gave the Hammers the lead in 21st minute when he easily tapped home Enner Valencia's low cross after Pablo Zabaleta and Joe Hart had collided.
Diafra Sakho doubled West Ham's lead with 15 minutes remaining when he nodded home Aaron Cresswell's floating cross form the left for his sixth goal in as many outings.
David Silva pulled one back for City two minutes with a nice curling effort after cutting back in from the right side but the damage had already been done.
