Cohen Bramall made a winning debut for Arsenal U23 at Southampton last night.

The 20-year-old, a £40,000 signing from eighth-tier side Hednesford Town earlier this month, completed 83 minutes for Steve Gatting's side in a 3-1 Premier League 2 win at Staplewood.

He lined up in his familiar left-back role with Ben Sheaf and Krystian Bielik in central defence.

Non-league product Bramall is expected to remain with the youth sides for at least the remainder of the season though he did join the first-team in training before their visit to Swansea last week.
