Clyne looking to make move…next door to Liverpool boss

Nathaniel Clyne is reportedly eyeing property in Merseyside.

The England right-back joined Liverpool from Southampton early in the summer transfer window and is looking to lay roots in the area as he prepares for a lengthy career with the Reds.

And Clyne is hoping to he can get chummy with Brendan Rodgers as the place he is contemplating purchasing is next door to the manager's pad.

It is believed Clyne has been looking closely at a £600,000 house which sits next to Rodgers' £3million mansion.

A source told The Sun: "Nathaniel loves the property next to Brendan.

"A lot of the players settle down in Formby and Nathaniel really wants to put some roots down in the area and stick around for a while.

"But he'll have to keep the partying to a minimum with his boss looking over the garden fence."
