Club Bruges is interested in Tottenham attacker Paul Jose M'Poku.
M'Poku, 19, is being watched by Club Bruges chief scout Stephane Van der Heyden and has done enough to convince them to make an offer.
Spurs snapped up the attacking midfielder three years ago from Standard Liege.
M'Poku enjoyed an outstanding spell on-loan last season at Leyton Orient.
