CLOSER? Man City agree contract terms with Napoli defender Koulibaly

Manchester City have agreed personal terms with Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly.

While they've swooped for Bournemouth defender Nathan Ake this month, City remain in the hunt for another centre-half signing.

The Sky Blues have been working with Koulibaly's agent Fali Ramadani over negotiations with Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis regarding a fee for the Senegal international.

And Foot Mercato says personal terms between City and Koulibaly have now been settled.

With a contract agreed, City are now confident of finding an agreement with De Laurentiis over a price for the stopper. Their last offer - made via Ramadani - was for €63m, while De Laurentiis is willing to sell for €70m.
