Cicinho has left AS Roma.
The right-back has signed a one-year deal with Sport Club do Recife which is based in the north-east of his homeland.
The 31-year-old had a tough spell at Roma following his 2007 switch from Real Madrid and he recently revealed some of his off-field problems.
