Chivu's agents are already in Milan, while Roma executive director Rosella Sensi and Inter president Massimo Moratti will meet at the Lega offices tomorrow to attempt to thrash out a deal for the Romania international.

Sensi has already informed Moratti that he will have to improve his last bid, says Corriere dello Sport, which was £8 million cash plus Italy U21 defender Marco Andreolli.
