In a series of deadline-day moves, Chivas USA strengthened its squad this week with the addition of two versatile midfielders. Nine-year MLS veteran Sasha Victorine, acquired via trade from the Kansas City Wizards, and Brazilian attacking midfielder Dejair, signed as an international player, have both joined Chivas USA.

They have also placed midfielder Raphaël Wicky (ankle surgery), defender Lawson Vaughn (ankle instability) and Eric Ebert (knee lateral meniscus tear) on the season-ending injury list.
