MLS club Chivas USA have signed Adolfo 'Bofo' Bautista as a free agent.

The 34-year old Mexican forward has joined the Los Angeles club after departing Mexican side Atletico San Luis last year.

Bautista will be eligible to join the Red-and-White pending the arrival of his International Transfer Certificate. Per club and league policy, terms of the agreement will not be disclosed.

'Bofo' kicked off his career with Estudiantes Tecos in 1998 and has since taken in spells with Morelia, Pachuca, CD Guadalajara, Chiapas and Queretaro. He has also represented Mexico on 38 occasions, scoring 11 international goals.
