KDOC-TV has become the official English-language local TV partner of Major League Soccer's (MLS) Chivas USA, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/. The broadcaster will air ten regular season games this year, after previously partnering with the side in 2013. KDOC-TV will cover three home and seven away games this year, while the Univision family of networks will cover six games in Spanish.
"LA56 KDOC-TV is proud to continue its relationship with MLS and Chivas USA," said John Manzi, the president/general manager of LA 56.
"The station recognises the positive direction the team is heading, and the importance of giving LA soccer fans the opportunity to watch local MLS action."
