Chivas USA have welcomed the capture of Brazilian midfielder Paulo Nagamura.

Following a six-month stint with Mexican First Division club Tigres UANL, the Brazilian defensive midfielder will be eligible to play for Chivas USA.

"In his three seasons here, Paulo made a great impact for Chivas USA, and we're thrilled to welcome him back," said Chivas USA Head Coach Martín Vásquez.

"He's a talented player who will add a lot to our midfield, and he is also a strong presence in the locker room. We're all excited to see him back in the Red-and-White stripes."
