Chivas USA coach José Luis "El Chelís" Sánchez Solá isn't nervous about his job future.

Chivas USA have lost five of their past six games.

"I see the glass full," a smiling Chelís told MLSsoccer.com on Friday. "We've played 11 matches, amassed 11 points and they've been hard-fought. Only those that have been here know the circumstances we've dealt with these past 11 weeks. It's obvious that those who make the decisions don't know those circumstances. We've done a lot here and brought something that wasn't here in December.

"The rest of the situation has me carefree. I'm an employee and nothing more."
