Chievo Verona are chasing FC Moscow striker Maxi Lopez.
The former Barcelona forward is struggling with the Russian weather and keen to move away in January.
The stumbling block for Chievo coach Mimmo di Carlo is that Lopez hasn't played since November 22 and is sure to be out of condition should he be signed in January.
