Chiellini: Juventus have found new identity

Juventus defender Giorgio Chiellini was delighted with victory over Roma.

It marked Juve's 11th consecutive win.

“After 10 wins, it's increasingly difficult to keep winning," Chiellini admitted to Sky Italia.

“Let's not forget that Juve-Roma was the Scudetto match in recent years, so it wasn't a game like any other, though you get the same three points against Roma as against Udinese, our last opponent.

“The difficulty and the calibre of the opponent, even if they're in a difficult period, gave us a hotter atmosphere in the stadium.

“We've found a good identity now, we also saw it in the Coppa Italia with Lazio. We can suffer, and we can play.

“The best things is, anyone who has come in and has maybe played less has always played well.

“I'm thinking of [Daniele] Rugani, Hernanes and [Kwadwo] Asamoah who have played two games with a lot of space in-between, because of various problems.

“This means that the team is there, and we're working well."
