James Chester has implored Hull City to bounce back swiftly from their disappointing Premier League relegation.
The Tigers dropped back to the Championship after drawing 0-0 with Manchester United on Sunday and defender Chester wants the Humberside club to focus on getting back to the top flight immediately.
"It's a memory that will really hurt and as sad as it is I think it's really important that you try and get over it as quickly as possible because football doesn't stand still and I know more than anyone how difficult the Championship is," he told Sky Sports.
"We have to be (ready for the fight to get Hull back up at the first time of asking). It's going to be a difficult few weeks.
"We're all very disappointed as professionals but football moves on really quickly and we have to do that if we are to have any chance of bouncing straight back."
