Chelsea striker Scott Sinclair says his loan move to Birmingham City has been a big learning experience.

Sinclair, 19, who also had a loan spell at Selhurst Park last season, admitted: "There's massive pressure here - everyone is expecting you to win.

"That's why the people from Chelsea sat down with me when the opportunity came up and said it would be better to join Birmingham.

"The other teams I've been to on loan, there's not really been that high level of expectation.

"I've found it OK but the fans here, if we're not winning by half time, they're not happy. But that's fair enough.

"That's what it's like and we have got the quality in the team to keep winning and keep progressing."
