Chelsea willing to make Hazard highest paid in Premier League

Chelsea are ready to make Eden Hazard the highest paid player in the Premier League.

The Sunday Express says Hazard is set to sign a new deal at Chelsea - with the Blues keen to ward off interest from Real Madrid.

Belgian winger Hazard has been offered a £300,000-a-week contract by the nervous west London club - which would make him the Premier League's highest paid star.

Hazard's current agreement is worth £220,000-a-week, and ties him to Stamford Bridge until 2020.

Real have been long term suitors of Hazard, while Barcelona could also be interested as they attempt to replace Paris Saint-Germain recruit Neymar.
