Chelsea are eyeing Flamengo midfielder Reinier.

The Daily Express says Chelsea are ready to fight Barcelona for £70m-rated Flamengo star Reinier if they are successful in getting their transfer ban lifted.

Barcelona are one of the teams thought to be interested but Chelsea are hoping to hijack any deal.

The Blues have appealed their transfer ban and are hoping for it to be lifted come the January transfer window.

A hearing at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) is scheduled for some time in November.
