Chelsea will make a move for Celta Vigo attacker Gabri Veiga this week.
The youngster is expected to leave Celta this summer after a superb first senior season.
Celta president Carlos Mourino has stated they intend to sell Veiga given the interest he has garnered across Europe.
The Guardian says Chelsea will make a first offer of €40m this coming week.
Barcelona, Newcastle and Liverpool are also suitors.
