Chelsea have warned Callum Hudson-Odoi to expect less playing time if he joins Bayern Munich.
Hudson-Odoi has reportedly rejected Chelsea's latest contract offer, worth £85,000-a-week.
Bayern have made four bids for the 18-year-old, the latest of which met Chelsea's £35million evaluation.
The Bundesliga giants have promised Hudson-Odoi will directly replace Arjen Robben, and take the club legend's number ten jersey, when he departs this summer.
The London Evening Standardclaims Chelsea believe this to be a ruse in order to secure Hudson-Odoi's signature.
They have informed the England U21 international of their suspicions and remain hopeful he will sign new terms in the coming weeks.
