Chelsea want move for BVB striker Aubameyang

Chelsea have expressed a desire to sign Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from Borussia Dortmund.

According to Sky Sports, the reigning Premier League champions want to sign Aubameyang after missing out on Romelu Lukaku.

Blues boss Antonio Conte has identified the Gabon international - as well as Alvaro Morata and Andrea Belotti - as a world-class striker to replace Diego Costa.

However, Dortmund chief Hans Joachim-Watzke has warned Chelsea, and other clubs interested in the 28-year old, that they only have a few days to get a deal finalised.

"We will wait a few more days but not long anymore," he said via Sky Sports.

"I would personally prefer if he stays, but there are a few clubs on this planet where he can obviously earn more."

The former Saint Etienne striker scored 31 goals in 32 Bundesliga games last season.
