Juventus GM Beppe Marotta are closing in on AC Milan veteran Andrea Pirlo. Corriere dello Sport says Marotta met with Pirlo's representatives yesterday morning to discuss a Bosman move to Juve.
Pirlo also is interesting Chelsea, though uncertainty over manager Carlo Ancelotti's future has opened the door for Marotta to step in.
Milan have already given Pirlo the green light to pursue negotiations with interested clubs.
The midfielder is off contract in June.
