Chelsea have been told to up their bid of they want to land Atletico Madrid striker Sergio Aguero.

The Daily Mail says Atletico Madrid have taken a defiant position surrounding Aguero, insisting he is not for sale unless someone meets the £55million release fee written into his contract.

Chelsea were lining up a £45m bid for Aguero but had been stunned by his wage demands of more than £200,000 a week.
