Chelsea are ready to swoop for Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu.

Fanatik says Blues scouts watched Calhanoglu in action against Cologne last month.

And they are planning a £15million bid for the midfielder

Calhanoglu, 22, joined Leverkusen from Hamburg back in 2014 in a £12.5m deal.

The Turkey international has been likened to David Beckham thanks to his free-kick prowess.
