Chelsea are tightlipped on their interest in Dynamo Moscow winger Arsen Zakharyan.

The Russia international has declared he expects to eventually move to the Londoners after a summer switch was blocked due to financial sanctions on Russia.

Asked about Zakharyan's comments by Sport-Express, a Chelsea press officer replied: "Unfortunately, our club policy remains the same.

"We will not comment on transfer rumours or other stories related to transfers."

The winger is rated at around €15m by Dynamo.
