Chelsea teen Frankie Runham is drawing inspiration from captain Reece James.
Runham, currently on scholarship forms this season, says knowing James has come right through the Blues system is a motivation for the club's young players.
The U18 attacker told the club's website: "'I really like Reece James, more so because he came from the Academy and he made it to the first team. I want to do that that too. It is a big inspiration for us younger boys to see guys from the Academy make it over the road."
Of his own hopes, Runham aims to establish himself as a creative midfielder.
He added: "I think in all the positions that I have played in, I enjoy playing as a No10 the most. You see more of the game. You are able to make things happen, whether it be assisting or scoring, and I think I showcase my talents best there. However, I am always happy to play wherever the coach thinks I can affect the game the most."
