Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was humiliated on Thursday night as he was hooked by Chelsea boss Graham Potter against Manchester City - despite initially being a substitute.
Aubameyang, 33, joined the Blues in the summer when Thomas Tuchel was in charge.
But under Potter, Aubameyang has struggled to find his feet in front of goal.
He has just three goals across all competitions this season and has started Chelsea's last four Premier League games on the bench.
But as defending Premier League champions Man City came to town, Aubameyang was called into action within minutes of kick-off after Raheem Sterling picked up an injury.
The goal-shy forward lasted just over an hour, managing just 14 touches, and registering ZERO shots.
Aubameyang then faced humiliation as he was replaced by youngster Omari Hutchinson with Chelsea trailing City 1-0.
City eventually won 1-0 thanks to Riyad Mahrez's goal.
