Chelsea to subsidise travel and tickets for fans going to Stoke

Chelsea are set to subsidise travel costs and tickets for their match at Stoke City on a Monday night just three days before Christmas.

As a gesture of goodwill to fans travelling to the clash at the Britannia Stadium on December 22, the Blues confirmed the decision on their official website on Thursday.

Chelsea are laying on £10 coaches that will leave from Stamford Bridge, and the subsidies mean match tickets will be reduced by £10 and train travel from London Euston (including coach transfers to and from the stadium) will cost £10 return.
