Oscar says he's joining Chelsea to win silverware.
He scored a hat-trick for Brazil in a 3-2 win over Portugal in the Under-20 World Cup final and made his debut for the senior side as a sub in a 0-0 draw with Argentina in September 2011.
Oscar said: "I'm joining Chelsea hopefully to win more titles.
"The project is very exciting, especially with the young players that they are signing.
"The offer was very good for me and I didn't have to think twice about signing.
"I am good friends with David Luiz, there's also Ramires and Lucas Piazon playing for Chelsea, so they will help me adapt."
