Chelsea have set their price for Mateo Kovacic.

Manchester City have made a move for the midfielder this week, knowing he is available from the Blues.

Kovacic has a year to run on his contract and Chelsea are prepared to sell.

And City have been informed they can sign the Croatia international for £35m.

For his part, Kovacic is happy told hold talks over personal terms with City.
