Chelsea will reportedly make a summer move for AS Roma star Daniele De Rossi.
Forza Italian Football and the Daily Express both suggest that the Blues are preparing a 17.5million (£15m) bid for the Italy international, upping the ante on their prior 11.5m interest.
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has previously showed interest in De Rossi, attempting to sign him to the Blues back in 2006 and also during his time at Real Madrid, and wants to lure him to Stamford Bridge by offering a lucrative deal.
