Chelsea are ready to send Romelu Lukaku to Atletico Madrid.

The Sunday Express says manager Jose Mourinho has virtually sealed the £32million signing of Atletico's leading scorer, Diego Costa.

And it would suit him if Lukaku agreed to travel in the opposite direction for a season's loan in Spain's La Liga.

So far there have been no takers for the 21-year-old striker on a permanent basis, after Chelsea demanded £25m for the player.
