Chelsea will seek to offload at least three players next month.
Blues manager Mauricio Pochettino has stated that he wants to see additional signings in the upcoming January window.
However, it will require Chelsea first find buyers for their fringe players.
ESPN says Trevoh Chalobah, 24, Ian Maatsen, 21, and, Noni Madueke, 21, are being made available.
Crystal Palace are showing interest in Chalobah, who has previously also been linked with clubs such as Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Tottenham and Roma.
In addition, Borussia Dortmund will keep an eye on Maatsen, who has also been linked with clubs such as West Ham and Newcastle.
As for Madueke, who has a contract until the summer of 2030, a loan in the January window is the most likely option.
Marc Cucurella, 25, could also leave Chelsea if the right offer is made.
