Chelsea scout Piet de Visser admits they're yet to make decision on Kevin de Bruyne for next season.
The Belgium international joined Chelsea in January before being loaned back to RacingGenk for the remainder of this season.
De Visser said: "We do not know yet what we will do: loan him or keep him with us. Preseason will decide what we'll do."
