Chelsea's Atletico loanee Courtois to sort future prior to World Cup

Thibaut Courtois insists he wants his club future sorted before the 2014 World Cup.

The Belgian goalkeeper is currently in his third season on loan with Atletico Madrid from Chelsea but is unsure what lies ahead of him past this campaign.

Courtois, who is in the mix for Marc Wilmots' Belgium squad for Brazil 2014, admits he would like to have things worked out before the Rode Duivels jet off next summer.

"I don't know where I will be playing next season," he told Sporza. "In a short time, I will discuss my future with Chelsea and I want to know their plans.

"After those discussions, I will decide what will be the best option for me. I don't want to wait too long; it's not good to begin a World Cup while you're thinking about transfers. I don't want to wait until May or June.

"I'm not worried at his moment and I hope I won't be worried at all the next months."
